A Table Set for Tea
Long afternoons, small glasses and something sweet on the side: notes on sharing tea the way it was meant to be.

Across the Mediterranean and the Levant, tea is rarely drunk alone. A pot is made the moment a guest arrives, glasses are filled and refilled, and the conversation sets the pace.
Make a pot, not a cup
A full pot changes the mood of a table. It invites people to stay for a second glass, and it lets the tea evolve — brighter at first, deeper as it rests.

Something on the side
Tea loves company on the plate too. Dates and dried figs with black tea, shortbread with Earl Grey, a slice of citrus cake with mint. Keep it small and simple — the tea is the point.
The best tea is the one you share.
Pour for others first
An old courtesy worth keeping: fill your guests' glasses before your own, and never let a glass sit empty for long.
