Add the pieces you love to your cart and continue to checkout. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been placed.

We pack orders quickly, but if you write to us within two hours of placing your order we'll do our best to make changes before it leaves the studio.

Standard delivery is $12 and free on orders over $60. Express delivery is available at checkout for $25.

Standard orders arrive within 3–5 business days and express orders within 1–2. Every piece is packed by hand, so please allow one business day for dispatch.

Delivery destinations and rates are confirmed at checkout. If your country isn't listed, write to us and we'll see what we can arrange.

If something isn't quite right, you can return unused pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Ceramics are packed with care, but accidents happen. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you straight away.

Many of our ceramics are thrown or finished by hand, so small variations in shape, glaze and tone are part of each piece's character.

Wash at 30–40°C, skip the fabric softener and dry slowly. Our journal story “Living with Linen” covers everything in more detail.

Every order is wrapped in tissue and packed in recycled materials. Add a gift note at checkout and we'll leave the prices out.
