Shipping & Returns
Every LÉTI order is packed by hand. Here is how it reaches you — and what to do if something isn't right.

Delivery rates
- Standard delivery (3–5 business days): $12
- Express delivery (1–2 business days): $25
- Standard delivery is free on orders over $60.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are usually packed and dispatched the next business day. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Returns
If something isn’t quite right, you can return unused pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
To start a return, write to hello@leti.example with your order number and we’ll send instructions.
Damaged or faulty items
Ceramics are packed with care, but accidents happen. If a piece arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging, and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund.
