Terms of Service

When you place an order you’ll receive a confirmation email. A contract is formed once your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece is unavailable or a price was shown in error — and will refund any payment in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Many of our pieces are made or finished by hand, so small variations in colour, glaze and dimensions are part of their character and are not considered faults. Photographs are as accurate as possible, but screens vary.
